Some good flight tracking maps:
Flightradar24 <https://www.flightradar24.com> - Live flight tracking
ADS-B Exchange <https://globe.adsbexchange.com/> - Crowdsourced
ADS-B tracking
NemoWX <https://nemowx.com/> - Used by small airports
Does your truck have Bluetooth, or an 3.5mm AUX input?
I haven't found many radios that also support Bluetooth, unfortunately. I
tend to use LiveATC <https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=YKF> on my phone
and connect that to my car via BT. Things like the RTL-SDR are great if
you have your laptop with you, then you can run one of the above mentioned
Linux distros.
*The 'Whip it up in one afternoon' playbook:*
On your tablet, use one of the above flight tracking maps.
On your phone (connected to your truck via Bluetooth), connect to LiveATC
<https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=YKF> and choose the HTML player for
'Tower'.
