Yes - in the domain registration you set the DNS servers.

It looks like theworkingcentre.org is registered at godaddy.com with
    Registrant Organization: BoltonSmith Inc.

You set the DNS servers for the domain when you register a domain,
and you update them if you move to a different DNS provider.

My guess is that perhaps the support folk at boltonsmith.com might be
able to help you out if you're not clear on all the various parts?
