[kwlug-disc] Application UI different on XFCE than on KDE

Is the window re-sizable? Can you ALT+drag the window to reach the bottom
buttons as a workaround?

My initial thought (without looking at the source) are that qt asks to
create a dialog sized HxW, but Kwin actually sizes it smaller due to screen
real-estate. XFCE will just create the window as requested, even if it
doesn't fit on the screen.

Both are correct behaviours, depending on lines of thought.
