Basically, there is a KDE application that has scroll bars when a<br>
certain screen is taller than the laptop resolution, but when the same<br>
application is on XFCE, there are no scroll bars, and the result is<br>
that the buttons at the bottom are below the bottom screen edge.<br>

Here are screenshots. The developers say it works on KDE, so it is an<br>
XFCE issue.<br>
