Have you taken a look at Syncthing https://syncthing.net/ ?  It's open
source, and isn't limited by an cloud storage limits.  On the other
hand, since it doesn't use cloud storage, it would be limited by your
own disk space.

(I haven't personally used it, but I've heard it recommended by several
people.)
