Paul, after reading that opening paragraph I'm going to suggest that you
take a day off.. go for a walk, smell the flowers, that sort of thing...
 your friends care about you!  You've been working too hard!

I wanted to go to that meeting, but unfortunately I have to be in Stratford
that night.  I look forward to the film at 11...
