This is what I am trying to do:

ddrescue -d -n -r3 -vv /dev/sdc2 /data/ddrescue-20141015.img
/data/ddrescue-20141015.log

Create an image, then mount it with loopback, or directly with ntfs-3g
and see what I can get ...
