A big danger with PHPMyAdmin is that the Web process of backing up
will time out, or some buffer fills before the backup is complete. On
any DB of significant size (measured in only tens of Megabytes)
PHPMyAdmin will *NOT* backup up your complete database.  I use the
command line mysqldump instead.
