The trick is to go to a manager, not one of the peons who don't have
authority to issue refunds.  Then I have Wifeski shame said manager into
submission, then I start throwing facts and numbers at him in my scary deep
voice... works like a charm.

Plus the fact that we've made it clear that we're "seriously thinking about
cancelling all of our Bell services because of the poor customer support".
 No manager wants a line that that on his file (even if it is true!)
