Project Gutenberg

(From Chris Frey)

I'd like to nominate Project Gutenberg (http://www.gutenberg.org)
as a FLOSS fund recipient.

Project Gutenberg is the first and largest single collection of free
electronic books. It contains over 2 million free eBooks in its catalog,
in various formats, and has served over 100 million downloads.

Project Gutenberg was founded by Michael Hart, who can be thought of as
the Richard Stallman of the free etext / eBook world. Due to his
vision and the work of many volunteers, millions of public domain books
now have free digital equivalents.

They accept paypal donations on their website. (donations page).
