This meeting will be held in a hybrid format: Online on our BigBlueButton instance, and in-person at the Dana Porter Library. In the event that the library room is unavailable, we will hold the meeting online only. (If we are not able to meet in person we will announce this on the website page for the event.)

This meeting will be held online. Our BigBlueButton instance is at https://webconference.kwlug.org/room/kwlug . There is no passcode. Thanks to Mikalai Birukou and the folks at DataCity for donating BBB hosting to us.

The software we use is called BigBlueButton. It is intended for online learning, but can be used for many other webconferencing and videoconferencing purposes.

The Kitchener campus of TriOS college is located at 110 King St E, Kitchener. This is the Market Square mall at the corner of Frederick and King:

The Google Community Space is located at 25 Breithaupt Street. The entrance is off of Breithaupt Street.

The Huether Hotel is in uptown Waterloo. There are a number of different rooms that are bookable; check each meeting announcement to find which room we meet in.

• The Boardroom is on the third floor. Take the King Street entrance, go up the stairs, then turn into the bar/eating area. Towards the back there is another set of stairs. Take it up and keep going straight.

The Huether is just North of Waterloo Town Square, which is a major transit hub. There is bike parking along both sides of the street.

We meet monthly, usually on the first (non-holiday) Monday of the month. Please check the front page for details. There is a parking garage behind the buildings across the street (i.e. behind 43 Queen Street S) and a cheaper parking lot at Charles and Ontario streets. We meet at:
