[kwlug-disc] Proposal to change meeting time earlier by 1/2 hour.

I look at it this way:

- 30 minutes after 4-ish pm and before 7pm can be a valuable and active 
spouse/children time;

- 30 minutes after 10pm (11pm?) change nothing, cause spouse assumes you 
had beer, and children must already be in bed (unless your not showing 
up allows them to do a bit more of "their own thing", which may also be 
good :) )

I am in favour of 7pm.
