Oh! Cool. I didn't even think of the fact it might be a Cable only restriction. Thanks for pointing that out.

I wasn't being critical of that policy. T'was just FYI. 

Frankly, I think it generally has more benefit than harm for the bulk of users on cable. But you can make arguments in many dimensions about it.
