You can pick up a decent Linux box from Computer Recycling, and get them
to pop in an extra NIC (or just buy an extra NIC and pop it in
yourself).  I'm not sure of pricing, but even the lowest-end computers
they sell will be adequate for pfSense. Probably less than $100.
