Well, I did the update/switch between other duties last evening. I did a paranoid set of backups, then followed the instructions for a manual update from Owncloud 9.1>Nextcloud 10 (https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/11/admin_manual/maintenance/manual_upgrade.html). That ran just like a regular Owncloud upgrade, then I got to use the web-update to 
go from Nextcloud 10>11. My instance is relatively small and simple (3 users, ~100Gb of files, Jessie VM), but it was seamless. 

The web-update thing is great too -I have always held some dread for re-learning the occ commands and potentially breaking something on each owncloud update, so it's very nice to see. It is considerably quicker -especially the image gallery. It wasn't really that usable before. Now to switch over all the clients/apps.
