[kwlug-disc] Linux Association Canada membership

We need something what they're trying to do, ie. "front page" for Linux 
in Canada.  I sometimes think, just single LUG is sufficient to cover 
all Canada.  LUGs are shrinking and splintering, as Linux becomes more 
mainstream.  You can just ask Google AI and get answers.  Like I said, 
it's been tried before, and failed.
