[kwlug-disc] Koodo Cable Internet

$40/month caught my attention.  I'm also with CarryTel, 100Mbit, $55.  
Let us know how often Koodo drops connections.  CarryTel drops 
connection once or twice a month, though can't tell if it's Rogers or 
CarryTel.
