(1) I'll pass along, "Excel Online".
(2) Forgot to mention... the end point has to be Excel. Telling them to
use something else is non-starter. :-)
(3) Yes, data extraction/loading (ETL) should be automated. But, there
is good reason. You're dealing with "sales guys". You can set company
policy, threaten them, fire them. They enter something into company
CRM, but always keep something to themselves.
