[kwlug-disc] Internet prices going up

I just looked at my bill, and I also see Note # 4 regarding the $2.50.

To be honest, I'm not at all surprised.  You see these stupid unknown
charges on many bills these days.  (they even make fun of it in the movie
Pixels)
