[kwlug-disc] ChatGTP + Bing: we're entering a new paradigm and it's mind-blowing

I doubt this will be a fad. Unlike blockchains, regular people are
finding all kinds of creative ways to use ChatGPT. Many of these uses
are kind of gross (be prepared to encounter a lot more synthetic
webpages when doing web searches in the future) but one interesting
use is to use ChatGPT as a therapist. Lots of people have made the
connection between ChatGPT and ELIZA, but I will admit that it did not
occur to me to use ChatGPT as ELIZA. Apparently it works pretty well?

It's not just ChatGPT, of course. Stable Diffusion is here, and that
will unleash other machine learning models you can run on your home
computer. (And let's not forget Microsoft Github Copilot.)
