Hi everyone,
Following up on some of the stuff from the OpenFoodNetwork presentation,
if you are interested in contributing they are participating in
Hacktoberfest, which still has some time left in it.
Their contribution guide is here:
*
https://github.com/openfoodfoundation/openfoodnetwork/blob/e22b9997fe41f3a66791f94e60039cc808bd1ff3/README.md
They have some tags "good first issue" and "papercut" for tickets that
could be good starts:
Ron asked about translations, and about Chinese specifically. OFN uses a
service called Transifex and their list of translations is here:
https://explore.transifex.com/open-food-foundation/open-food-network/
Lots of 100%, but a few a the bottom, including Chinese and Hindi, which
could use some work.
The also have some forum post about their
internationalization/localisation process if this peaks your interest:

Happy Wednesday,
Andrew
