[kwlug-disc] Attendance

We can totally schedule such a discussion, but I am not hopeful that
it will be useful. For one thing, the vast majority of people
attending such a discussion are the people who already attend these
meetings virtually. We need good representation from the other set of
people -- the ones who don't attend virtual meetings now but might be
inclined to if something changed.

On the other hand, it is possible that this problem goes away in six
months, if we get to meet in person again. Like Peter, I have a lot of
COVID hesitancy and so am reluctant to attend in person until I feel
it is safe, but maybe it will be safe in six months or maybe people
can meet in person anyways.
