I like their concern: "When users are recommended content that is not
personally relevant, they react by tuning out" which I find rather amusing
since YouTube's algorithm is rather terrible at determining what I find
personally relevant.

This is also why I'm not particularly concerned about YouTube "knowing"
which videos I'm interested in watching, for the most part.

A key aspect of security and privacy is knowing what needs a screen or lock
and what doesn't. If YouTube finds a way to turn my appreciation for
FranLab against me, I'd be surprised and amazed - and curious!
