Isn't crypto a brutal form of capitalism. The one in which there is no 
court and a way to return stolen?

Should a label "capitalism" be used? As technically capitalism about 
money and some rights. While this crypto up&down play in markets is a 
kind of thing that some post-1920 legislation was supposed to guard 
against, of which some parts was relaxed/removed pre-2008 crashes.


Let's be nuanced. It makes for robust code :) .
