I can't help, because we researched all this two years ago, with similar requirements, and chose Virgin. One difference in requirements is that I hate Rogers far more than I hate Bell, and for good reception in the country, Bell seemed like the solid non-Rogers choice. At that time, the options that were significantly cheaper than Virgin seemed pretty sketchy, limiting you to a 3g network that I didn't think had good coverage.
