[kwlug-disc] Blurb for the Arduino Presentation

Controlling LED strips is definitely on the menu for demos in the
presentation :-)

If you have an application where you need something to be controlled or
communicated with in response to some stimulus that can be measured with a
sensor or triggered by a user input, the Arduino platform is a great choice.
