I've been using mutt for many years. They've recently changed the
method of displaying HTML files and I've only got a partial
understanding of how to customize it. But I generally get good
and quick results with "v" to list attachments, then "j" down to
the HTML, then "m", which fairly quickly feeds the HTML
attachment to a browser (Firefox, in my case). Character encoding
is sometimes a problem.
