[kwlug-disc] Linux arm64 compilation in vm on m1 silicon?

x64-on-m1 for me in UTM/Qemu is noticeably slow for Windows, FreeBSD and
Linux (even with VirtIO).
aarch64 Linux VMs run at almost native speed though. Thus, I'd only
recommend running aarch64 Linux VMs on the m1.
