Excellent feedback both Brent and Ronald, extremely informative!

I will give KDE(Kubuntu) another shot, likely going with 19.10 as the
upcoming 20.04 release will likely take a lot of the 19.10 with it.
Simply to explore KDE-C.
I just have to clean the desktop up some to make it look closer to
Cinnamon/Win7 for folks:-)
