[kwlug-disc] Upgrading Underlying Fedora 26 to Fedora 27 on the Vortexbox 2.4 Distribution.

I am attempting to upgrade the underlying Fedora 26 OS to Fedora 27 OS 
on my Vortexbox linux distribution using the following command:

dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --releasever=27.

This time I think I have run into a bigger snag.   The error messages 
follow.

If I am understanding these error messages correctly, the new perl 
libraries can not be installed at the same time as the old libraries.  
The vortexbox scripts depend on the old libraries. Any suggestions?  
Being stuck at Fedora 26 is acceptable as well. This is just for my 
personal media server to serve files on my internal network, not for 
serving files on the internet.
