[kwlug-disc] Getting external IP & CarryTel

And interestingly, when one looks at the solved outages since June of 2017,
it was mostly Rogers and Bell FTTN, wilth only a solitary Bell DSL being
impacted and for mere 70 minutes. Small sample of outages to be sure, but
sure points to DSL being the most reliable means of transmission?
