Acknowledged...and I just confirmed, guest OSes running in VirtualBox
passes audio/video quite fine to the Displayport connector on the X220 onto
my TV, I use an HDMI-DP adapter married to an HDMI cable and all is good. I
tried LM Xfce and LM Cinnamon and both worked quite fine even with the
2014-vintage Virtualbox listed in LM's Software Center. Been to lazy to rip
it out and install the latest VBox:-)
