I just came across the unusual news that the Software Freedom Law
Centre (Eben Moglen, et al.) are filing a trademark claim against the
Software Freedom Conservancy (Brad Kuhn, Karen Sandler, et al.).  From
the claim petition, the crux seems to be

> Both marks incorporate the identical element “Software Freedom” at
> the beginning of the mark, followed by a descriptive noun or 
> compound noun.
