Paul noted at Monday's meeting we probably have at most 2 more meetings
at SJK in the cards. Beyond that it would be on an emergency basis, as
that is all found TWC staff willing and able to unlock the space to us
would commit to.

>We should have a checklist.

I essentially made the same point to Paul out of band. No doubt he is
mulling it over for his page at https://kwlug.org/node/1104. In essence
'Considerations' on that page is the checklist. Reviewing the last go
around on this, we came up with the number '25' as the number that
attend meetings on average. Noted then was that the term 'average' there
could be wildly misleading. Attendance was (is?) all over the place in
terms of numbers. [I also noted 'internet access' isn't part of his
considerations, and probably should be.]

Somewhere around
http://kwlug.org/pipermail/kwlug-disc_kwlug.org/2009-December/thread.html ,
e.g. 'New locations brainstorming', lies our last go around on this.

Other elements for any checklist are likely in there somewhere.

There was a lot of good thinking expressed then, a fair bit along lines
similar to Chamunks' note, below.

If someone were willing to step up and coordinate things in the way
Chamunks notes, no doubt Paul would appreciate the help and would open
up a corresponding web page for editing.
