[kwlug-disc] (Website) Disclaimers and other (unfortunately) necessary / useful language?

I don't know any catch all sources but it seems that there some regulation
as of late that requires that you explain your cookies to your visitors as
irritating as I find having to close off the dialog box on everyone's
websites I appreciate the attempt at transparency.
