[kwlug-disc] Canadian hosted email providers

As others have noted, the goal is to get email as a service, not get
raw resources with which somebody (not me!) can babysit an email
server themselves. 

I find it hard to believe that nobody else on the list runs into these
kinds of Canadian hosting requirements.
