I have a first gen Moto G. It's a very reliable phone with excellent hardware (quad core processor, all the bands you could need, and a decent 720p display) for pretty cheap. Retail is about $150 unlocked, and it's similar for the second generation of the device.

It's easily one of the best budget phones out there, and I have no complaints about it. It runs up to date software, and it's rock solid. I've dropped it countless times, and there's only a few scuffs on the sides and back of the device. I definitely recommend it.
