Worldline, the company I used to work for, has unlimited 30 cable for $55:

They're reselling from Ciktel (who are naturally wholesaling from
Rogers), whose rates are lower but you might have more support issues:

ElectronicBox is $53 with a 1TB usage limit:

What's stopping a service from offering "unlimited" from midnight to
6AM, but limited otherwise and calling it "unlimited"?
