If you use Gmail (or have another mail address that forwards to your
Gmail account), you can flag messages with the "Report Phishing"
option.

I did this early on when I got my Gmail account, and I rarely see
phishing emails of any kind. When I do get the occasional one, I
report it, so Google learns about it.
