Steph from CCj/Clearline did this for me, and it looks like it may
have worked. I still get "bad sig" messages in the headers: 

Authentication-Results: mta1492.mail.ne1.yahoo.com from=lists.wpirg.org; domainkeys=neutral (no sig);  from=yahoo.ca; dkim=permerror (bad sig)

but my reply went through. That is not proof that the problem is
fixed, but it looks like a step forward.
