I have a feeling that the answer to your question is "no". However, it
is not nice to leave you hanging. 

My first inclination in a case like this would be to boot into a live
environment (Knoppix or similar) and make sure that the installation
actually partitioned the drives and installed the 350 packages. I
would also look for installation logs on the hard drive. If you knew
what was causing the reboot you might have some chance of diagnosing
the problem.
