FTA satellite used to be good.  When I first looked into it, you could get
most of the major networks, PBS, Fox, a few sports channels and some
oddball channels you've never heard of.  PBS and NASA TV still broadcast
and I *think* you can find a network or two, but it tends to be mostly
non-english and religious stations now...  If you want the 4 or 5 english
stations, you end up having ti point at 3 or 4 different satellites, hence
the need for the additional 'horns' or a motorized dish.

Not really worth it anymore, in my opinion...
