Now that the motherboard is out you can examine the same for solder
flaws (flaws not flows), e.g. voids, cold solder joints, etc.

When examining the motherboard, use a strong light and a magnifying glass.
Pay particular attention to the joints around large components, like
connectors (see above).
You may find a flaw that can be addressed with soldering iron.
Potential problems are many. As are causes for the same.
And reflow using an oven or heat gun will only address a small subset of
these causes.
If you decide to venture into the reflow process ....
Heat may cause the solder holding smaller components to flow before others.
Be careful not to move or jar the motherboard when it has been heated
lest parts may be moved.
