They have been great.

There was one 2 or 3 hour outage at 2 am one day, a couple of weeks ago. It
is perhaps maintenance, and could be Rogers since they piggy back on their
infra.

I do have the 30d/5u, but one of my daughters said "did the internet
change? It feels faster now". That despite having Rogers Hybrid Fibre
before, with 'up to' 60d/10u.

I would recommend their cable service.
