[kwlug-disc] Ubuntu 12.04 LTS localhost* and internet fail - where to ...

I have updated the blog on kwlug.org with a note about /var/www/html and 
the need for an index.html at that location.
As tuts are plenty in the intertubes, I do not intend to rewrite them. I 
only wanted to note this "gotcha".
