[kwlug-disc] Printer Question.

There is always waste toner.  the printer works by creating a patern
in static electricity and then spraying it with toner that sticks
where the charge is.  That toner is then melted.  One of the stupidest
parts of samsung printer designs is that you can't just empty it.  You
"have to" replace it.
