My favourite RNG is an md5 calculator on a large file with a known-bad
stick of RAM in the system.  It works best if the bad bit(s) are not
completely dead but come and go.

ECC hardware need not apply...

I like the webcam approach.  You can probably do something similar with
an analog TV tuner on an empty channel (aren't they all now?).
