For passive resume posting, I get the most pings from LinkedIn,
although you need to invest the time in building your profile and
connections.  I've also gotten a few queries from waterlootechjobs.com
(the Communitech one).

For active job searching, nothing beats going directly to the employers.

Also, I like these guys, but I haven't put the time into building a
profile there, so I have no personal experience:
