First off, if you take the VoIP system out of the loop and answer the
line with a real phone, does CID come through?
Make sure you have the latest firmware. These boxes have many
"features" which get fixed in time.
I guess you have turned on the relevant options in "PSTN Line" eg. "PSTN
CID For VoIP CID"
If you add a few digits to PSTN CID Number Prefix, do they get passed
through to the asterisk box?
