Of the three ISP's i've looked up TekkSavvy, Execlink and Bell, all have 
different rate structures for UBB.  Obviously, the ISP's are in control 
of what they charge customers, not the CRTC.  If the rates have changed 
dramatically (and yet, there was no public outcry that the rates are 
over triple what we were told?) I would like to see exactly what the 
CRTC tarrif structure is.  Is this now some kind of industry 
non-disclosure secret?
